The Executive Council shall meet in ordinary session at least once a year and may be held at extraordinary sessions during the year when it deems it necessary or at the request of the Secretariat.
The Executive Council shall hold its regular or extraordinary meetings at the seat of the Secretariat or in a Member State at the invitation of the Executive Council and with the approval of the Executive Council.
